Service Based Work

Because garage door services are labor based and customized to each job, refunds are handled on a case by case basis.

Once a service has been completed, refunds are not guaranteed. However, if there is an issue with the work performed, we encourage you to contact us so we can address the concern.

Deposits and Payments

Any deposits or payments made for scheduled services, special order materials, or installations are non refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances.

Service Issues

If you believe there is a problem with the service provided, please notify us promptly. Dad’s Garage Door Service & Repair will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure the work meets expectations.

No Refunds for Completed Work

Refunds will not be issued for completed services where the work was performed as agreed and the issue is unrelated to workmanship.
